Indian agricultural products such as rice, coffee, spices, cereals, marine products, fruits and vegetables are exported to international markets. Recent official trade data showed strong growth in categories including cereals, coffee, meat, dairy, poultry and marine products.

Ports, roads, railways, warehouses and digital customs systems are important for moving Indian products to international buyers. The government has also introduced the Export Promotion Mission, with a ₹25,060 crore outlay for FY 2025–26 to FY 2030–31, aimed at improving finance, logistics, compliance and market access, particularly for MSMEs and new exporters.
